Texas Estate Planning Process
Our staff can lead you through the estate planning process which includes creation of your:
- Last Will and Testament
- Statutory Power of Attorney
- Medical Power of Attorney
- Directives to Physician (Living Will)
- Declaration of Guardian
For clients with straightforward needs, we offer these combined services for an affordable flat fee. We also offer services to update and review estate planning documents that have already been put in place.
For clients with more involved estates, especially those that may have estate tax implications, it will be necessary to engage a financial planner and we are happy to work with your financial planner or recommend a CPA we work with. This will permit us to create a comprehensive Estate Plan that includes Wills, Trusts and Succession Agreements.
