Attorney Lin Morrisett’s primary practice includes Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Planning, Guardianships, and related Real Estate issues. Lin’s professional background is well versed, with over two decades of combined courtroom and legal experience. Lin understands the trying and often fragile matters that coincide with end of life planning and events.
Having served as a Judge in probate court for 13 years, Lin offers his clients extensive knowledge and experience in his practice areas, as well as in courtroom procedures. Additionally, Lin’s professional history includes legal practice as a Solo Practitioner, Corporate Legal Counsel, Briefing Attorney, and Mediator. Lin also spent two years as an Associate Professor at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.
Lin earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas in Austin. Lin is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Probate Association. With his established relationships and extensive knowledge in his field, Lin stands ready to guide you through all of your Probate, Wills, and Estate needs.
